You can try out ROWonAIR® at one of our Demo Events. Our Dealerships are also pleased to arrange a demo date for you to test the system whenever you have time. Or visit one of our Trade Fairs.

ROWonAIR® is suitable for all levels of rower, even if you have never rowed before. Simply take a seat and off you row!

Choose the best ROW ON for you:

  • The MOJO 18 is our performance-driven rowing board, providing aspiring rowers with the best rowing experience on the water. This long, narrow board was designed with a 4° V-Bottom and a rocker line, which turns every rowing stroke into effortless gliding. Compared to a racing skiff with a hard shell, the design of the hull of the MOJO 18 is very forgiving.
  • The large volume of the DUDE 18 provides more stability and enables effortless gliding with passenger, double sculls or alone. The DUDE 18 is therefore perfect for longer rowing tours, alone or in company. Now there is nothing that can get in the way of your rowing experience with your friends, family member or training partners.
  • The AIRKAYAK 16 is also ideal for learning to row. It is even more stable than the DUDE 18 and there is plenty of space to take the whole family plus grandchildren and baggage with you. At the same time you can enjoy some healthy rowing exercise and easily learn how to row.

You can simply order ROWonAIR® rowing boats from our website or buy locally from one of our Dealers. We ship ROWonAIRs® all over the world. If you order directly from us we will send you a special quotation for the shipping costs.

Yes it is. Thanks to the design of the high quality, innovative joints, the same speed is achieved as with reverse rowing, completely without loss of power or energy. In addition, the RowVista® oars are even easier to use than classic oars because they are mounted on ball bearings. The reason why you get blisters on your hands using standard oars is because the sculling sleeve and collar are relatively difficult to rotate in the rowlock. With RowVista® oars you are much less likely to develop blisters.

RowVista® offers you a high level of safety. Facing forwards, there is no way that you can overlook an obstacle, rock, swimmer or other boat. Rowing with RowVista® is precisely as fast as with RowMotion®, the classic reverse rowing system. RowVista® is a high strength system built from high quality materials: anodised aluminium that is resistant to sea water, castings, carbon oars. You can row for thousands of kilometres trouble-free.

So depending on the ROW ON, you will be on the water within 7 – 12 minutes and can row wherever and whenever you like.

Yes, RowVista® and RowMotion® Rowing Skids can be fitted to any standard inflatable and hardboard/composite SUP, including from other brands such as Naish, RedPaddle, Mistral, BIC Sports, Fanatic, Starboard, Jobe, JP Australia, etc. The only thing to note is that the longer the board, the smoother the ride. The longer the SUP, the faster, smoother and more enjoyable the rowing will be. We recommend a minimum length of 3.6 metres (12'0'').

For SUPs choose the flat outrigger (F): RowVista® Rowing Skid F or RowMotion® Rowing Skid F.

There are two systems you can use to mount the Rowing Skid on your SUP board:

  • The standard method is using 2 belts: insert two straps through the rectangular openings in the support feet, wrap them around the SUP board and pull them tight. The Rowing Skid is now attached securely to your board without having modified the board in any way.
  • Alternatively, we offer the same solution as for the MOJO 18, DUDE 18 and AIRKAYAK 16: On the monorails, there are two mounting belts fitted with stainless steel hooks and buckles. All you need to do to your board is install D rings with which to attach the Rowing Skid.

Ready, steady row - now you have converted your Stand Up Paddle board into a rowing boat!

Yes, RowVista and RowMotion® Rowing Skids fit inflatable-kayaks made by other brands like KXone Slider, BIC YakkAir Full HP, Sea Eagle RazorLite, etc. The only thing to note is that the longer the board, the smoother the ride. The longer the kayak the faster, smoother and more enjoyable the rowing.

For kayaks choose the yoke outrigger (Y): RowVista® Rowing Skid Y or RowMotion® Rowing Skid Y. Please check the dimensions to make sure that the outrigger fits inside your kayak. To attach the rowing system, you need to glue D rings to the kayak. Please contact us to obtain information on mounting solutions for specific models.

The rowing boards MOJO 18 and DUDE 18 can be rowed alone, with double sculls or with a passenger. Unfortunately, due to their length, it is not possible for two people to row at the same time on the AIRKAYAK 16. However, with the AIRKAYAK 16 you can take up to two passengers on board. Other SUP board manufacturers offer longer inflatable boards, on which it might be possible to install two of our rowing systems (RowVista® or RowMotion®) so that two people can row at the same time.

Look after your inflatable SUP, skiff and kayak carefully and it will serve you well. Ideally you should wash it with clean water after each outing and roll it up loosely and protect it against direct sunlight while in storage. Inflatable SUPs, skiffs and kayaks should not be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods while in storage. They should be kept in a cool and shaded location to ensure that you will be able to enjoy them for a long time.

No, but we recommend that they are not exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. If you follow these instructions, your ROW ON will last a long time.

You can store them rolled up in a bag, inflated, or lightly rolled. If you are not going rowing but want to store it inflated, we recommend that you reduce the pressure slightly.

Yes, no problem. Airlines treat ROWonAIR® as bulky luggage, like skis, kiteboards, wind surfing kit, surfboards, etc. For RowMotion® we recommend the detachable oars with a detached length of 1.75 metres each (5'9"). The exact weights and dimensions are listed on the ROW ON and ROW WITH pages.
